ShoreTel's unified communication products were designed to bring work teams together, linking phone, messaging and both audio and video conferencing on a single platform. The job of IT administrators was simplified as well. This focus gave rise to a campaign about overcoming complexity—served up in, trade show and digital media as well as out on the streets of San Francisco.

while digital included page takeovers like featured to the left on sites like CIO—as well as rich media banners across the b-to-b world.
